The basics of how access to Voleergo Business Suite works.

This is a summary for reference. The binding terms are those in your signed service agreement — ask us for a copy.

Accounts

Accounts are issued to named people within a subscribing organisation. Credentials are personal and should not be shared; your administrator can create, suspend and re-assign accounts.

Acceptable use of the WhatsApp channel

Messaging through the platform uses your own WhatsApp Business account and is therefore subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including template approval and rules on unsolicited messaging. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you message.

Your data

The business records you enter remain yours. How they are handled is described in the privacy summary.

Subscription and products

Which products your workspace can use depends on the package in your agreement — WhatsApp CRM, CRM, or CRM + WhatsApp. Packages can be changed by arrangement; see pricing.
